Join the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma and Learning Forte for a small church conference Dec. 1st - 2nd.
Gather with colleagues and be led by Learning Forte’s onsite team as you: Identify foundational values, and get inspired to become values grounded and guided so you are ready to engage and sustain innovative ministry. Align values and practices by intentionally naming what supports or hinders your ability to embrace how God is calling, individually and collectively, to engage our ever changing world; and Discover how to structure ministry experiments that account for congregational capacity and community contexts, plan for intentional feedback, and expect iteration instead of perfection.
Learning Forte is an ecumenical team of experienced educators, digital ministry pioneers, faith formation professionals, local pastors, and trained coaches who have leveraged our experiences to provide the resources you need. We want to help you lead through times of change, leverage digital tools and new models to fulfill your mission in our increasingly hybrid world, and support you as you experiment. Through learning opportunities, collaborative consulting, and contextually-relevant platforms, we’ll help you identify what is holding you back and what is possible for the future through actionable steps that result in measurable results. When and where is the conference happening? This event is being held at St. Crispin’s Conference Center in Wewoka, Oklahoma on Dec. 1-2, 2023.
