January
18th – 19th New Beginnings – A spiritual retreat focused on building relationships with God, self, and one another. Intended for junior high youth and led by high school youth. Staff Registration Deadline: December 10th. Participant Registration Deadline: January 10th. Location: St. Crispin’s.
February
1st – 2nd Marriage Matters – Want to strengthen and improve your marriage? This retreat will provide you with skills and tools through various workshops led by Tara Fritsch, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and The Rev. Kirsten Baer. Registration Deadline: December 16, 2020. Location: St. Crispin’s.
March
27th – 29th Created in the Image – A retreat for high school youth focused on framing difficult topics in the context of our faith. 2020 Topic: God, Relationships, and Sexuality. Registration Deadline: March 15. Location: St. Crispin’s.
April
3rd – 4th Youth Leader’s Retreat – Spend time un-winding and getting to know other youth ministers from around the Diocese. We will discuss programming, best practices, Diocesan policy updates, and enjoy fellowship with one another. Registration Deadline: March 15th Location: St. Crispin’s.
24th Youth Board – Youth Board is a leadership-building opportunity for youth in grades 6 – 12 in the Diocese of Oklahoma. Youth serve in one-year terms and can re-apply each year. Youth help plan Diocesan youth events, engage in mission across our Diocese, and build lasting leadership skills and friendships.
25th 1 Day Parenting Workshop – This one-day workshop will be led by Noel Jacobs, and a panel of other experts. Location: All Souls’ Episcopal Church, OKC.
May
9th 1 Day Parenting Workshop– This one-day workshop will be led by Shelby Shackelford. Location: St. John’s Episcopal Church, Tulsa.
29th – 30th Summer Camp Dean’s Training – An overnight training for all summer camp Deans (including Chaplains). Location: St. Crispin’s.
June

13th Graduation Celebration and Lunch – A Diocesan celebration of our high school graduates. All high school graduates are welcome to attend. Registration Deadline: June 1st.
29th – July 5th Diocesan Youth Pilgrimage – Our annual pilgrimage program this year ventures to Virginia and Washington, D.C. to discover the links between our church and our nation’s history as well as today. Registration Deadline: December 15th, 2019. Location: Various.
July
5th – 11th Episcopal Youth Event – A once, every-three year event gathering together Episcopal youth from across the US and beyond for a special week of worship, activities, learning, and fellowship. Registration Deadline: December 15th, 2019. Location Washington, D.C.
18th Liturgy Leadership Training – Are you serving in a leadership position for Sunday worship? Would you like to receive training to increase your knowledge or provide skills to new ministries? This one-day event will bring together ministry leaders to offer their insights and expertise. Registration Deadline: July 16. Location: Church of the Resurrection, OKC.
25th Liturgy Leadership Training - Are you serving in a leadership position for Sunday worship? Would you like to receive training to increase your knowledge or provide skills to new ministries? This one-day event will bring together ministry leaders to offer their insights and expertise. Registration Deadline: July 23. Location: Christ Church, Tulsa.
August
13th – 15th Education for Ministry (EfM) Training – Education for Ministry (EfM) is a 4-year educational program offered through the Beeckan Center at Sewanee, The University of the South. EfM offers an opportunity to discover how individuals should respond to the call to Christian service. This training opportunity will provide additional skills to those who are currently running a program and will help others determine if this is a call to their Christian service. Registration Deadline: June 26. Location: St. Crispin’s.
22nd Acolyte Festival – Training and Fellowship Event for Acolytes up to the 6th grade. We will focus on giving instruction to our littlest acolytes or those new to the Acolyte ministry. Registration Deadline: August 19. Location: St. Paul’s Cathedral, OKC.
