In 2021 the Ministry Partners Team at the Diocese of Oklahoma is beginning a series of partnerships with various churches around the Diocese to bring you new digital content. Today we launching the first of those partnerships with an online Children’s Chapel. This digital content is prepared and presented for you by the Diocese of Oklahoma and St. Patrick’s, Broken Arrow. We are very excited to be working with Justin Dixon and the fantastic (and creative!) team at St. Patrick’s, Broken Arrow to help produce our new online Children’s Chapel.
As part of this Diocesan-wide Children’s Chapel, we are inviting clergy and lay people from all over the Diocese to participate! If you are interested in doing a segment: playing music, giving a children’s message, reading a lesson from the Lectionary, crafts, activities, prayers (or more! We are only limited by our imaginations!) we invite you to reach out to Kate Carney Huston at the Diocesan Office (KHuston@epiok.org). We will get you more information and get you scheduled!
We hope our new online Children’s Chapel will help serve as a resource for many of our congregations, whether as a supplement and “at home” resource or as the primary form of children’s formation in your community.
