At General Convention this past summer, Presiding Bishop
Michael B. Curry invited all to join in his new initiative of “the Way of Love.”
This initiative is designed to help us all live more rightly and fully into our
vocation as Children of God and Followers of Jesus in all that we do.
"The
deep roots of our Christian tradition may offer just such a path. For
centuries, monastic communities have shaped their lives around rhythms and
disciplines for following Jesus together. Such a pattern is known as a “Rule of
Life.” The framework you now hold – The Way of Love: Practices for
Jesus-Centered Life – outlines a Rule for the Episcopal branch of the Jesus
Movement.”
This new initiative is designed to allow flexibility in how
individuals, groups, and congregations may use its resources.
Now, the Presiding Bishop’s Office wants to hear from YOU! Are
