The Bishop of the Diocese of Rio Grande recently announced that the Reverend Kristina Malden has been elected as the next Dean of St. John’s Cathedral in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Rev. Maulden is currently the Priest-in-Charge at Trinity Episcopal, Tulsa.

The Bishop of the Diocese of Rio Grande recently announced that the Reverend Kristina Malden has been elected as the next Dean of St. John’s Cathedral in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Rev. Maulden is currently the Priest-in-Charge at Trinity Episcopal, Tulsa.
We are sad to lose such a valuable and talented priest but know she will be a tremendous asset to our Episcopal family in the Diocese of Rio Grande.
Kristi served in several capacities to the Diocese of Oklahoma during her tenure. She came to the Diocese in 2008 as the assistant rector at Trinity, Tulsa and served as the Priest-in-Charge the last 6 months. She led the Fresh Start program which acclimated new priests to the Diocese, served on the Standing Committee, Diocesan Committee and Commission on Ministry.
We thank Mother Kristi for her dedication and service to Trinity and to the ministries of our Diocese and wish her well on her next appointment!
