Epiphany Pageant at Grace, Ponca City

Epiphany Pageant at Grace, Ponca City

Grace Church, Ponca City held their 73rd Epiphany Pageant on January 6th. The Epiphany Pageant was first written and produced by the Rev. Thomas Moehle in 1945.

It begins with the birth of Christ, and continues with the coming of the Three Kings, the Calling of the Disciples, and the spreading of the Light of Christ throughout all the world.

Children of all ages from pre-school to high school, and sometimes college age, participate.

At the reception following the pageant, someone finds a ring in the cake, and a new Epiphany King or Queen is crowned. This year's queen is Katie Hines.

It was a wonderful event for all!
