Important Cancellation Policy: After Monday, September 15, housing registrations can be transferred to another attendee but are NOT refundable.

On-Campus Housing Rules and Information (Powell & Oakerhater)
Each and every person staying on campus MUST be registered for BOTH event AND housing.
Only Delegates & Alternates may stay on campus (due to space limits).
Guests may attend with a Guest Ticket, but no on campus housing is available for them.
Exceptions for on-campus housing will be granted to guests who serve as Caretakers. Caretakers must be registered for both the event and housing, and payment must be completed in full prior to the event.
Room Details:
All Rooms are Double occupancy (shared rooms).
Rooms will be assigned as “First come, first served” – you can request a roommate or be assigned one.
Both occupants MUST be registered AND paid in full BEFORE the event.

2 Nights: $130 (Includes Friday Breakfast)
