Waitlist On-Campus Housing

We are now opening an On-Campus Housing WAITLIST for any rooms that may become available due to cancellations. If you would like to be added to our waitlist, please click HERE. 

By completing this form, you will be added to our list. If a room matching your needs opens up, we will contact you immediately in the order requests were received.

Please note: Submitting this form does NOT guarantee a room. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

• Each and every person staying on campus MUST be registered for BOTH event AND housing.

• Only Delegates & Alternates may stay on campus (due to space limits).

• Guests may attend with a Guest Ticket, but no on campus housing is available for them.

• Exceptions for on-campus housing will be granted to guests who serve as Caretakers. Caretakers must be registered for both the event and housing, and payment must be completed in full prior to the event.

Room Details:

• All Rooms are Double occupancy (shared rooms).

• Rooms will be assigned as “First come, first served” – you can request a roommate or be assigned one.

• Both occupants MUST be registered AND paid in full BEFORE the event.

• 1 Night: $60

• 2 Nights: $130 (Includes Friday Breakfast)
