Lent-Easter 2018: “The Good Book Club” Reads Luke and Acts
Episcopalians around the world will read the Gospel according to Luke during Lent and the Book of Acts during Eastertide in 2018. Presiding Bishop Michael Curry invites you to join in this adventure of reading the Good Book along with thousands of your fellow Episcopalians.
Forward Movement and many other Episcopal organizations are joining together to provide resources to help you read, mark, learn, and inwardly digest the Gospel of Luke, which tells the story of Jesus’ life among us, and its sequel, the Book of Acts, which tells the story of the earliest church. These two “Good Books” give us inspiration, spiritual guidance, and enrichment for our lives as Christian disciples.
