The Office of Finance & Administration, under the direction of the Bishop, manages all Diocesan Funds, property and casualty insurance, employee benefits, and pension plans of the Diocese.

Manual of Business Methods in Church Affairs
This is a resource provided by The Episcopal Church to identify requirements and provide helpful advice on the topics of sound and practical internal controls, accounting guidelines, business practices, and more.

Diocesan Expense Reimbursement Form
This form is used to request an expense reimbursement from the Diocese
(for example: mileage reimbursement and travel-related expenses)

Audit Questionnaire
This is what each congregation must complete in order to complete the required annual audit.

Records Retention Policy
The policy is to be used as a guideline for congregations, in order to provide assistance in determining which records to keep, and the period of time each record should be kept. 

Risk Assessment Form
This form is to be completed on an annual basis by the Vestry in order to ensure that the church has procedures in place in order to mitigate those significant risks which could have an adverse effect on the church and its operations.
