This is a friendly reminder for those discerning a call to ordained ministry and their Sponsors. The deadline for Aspirancy Applications is Monday, May 1st.
Below, you will find the list of documents and forms required as part of the Aspirancy Application process. These forms can be found using the Dropbox link provided. For more information, please refer to pages 10 and 11 of the Holy Orders Manual.

Required Documents and Forms for Aspirancy:
- Letter of Support from Rector- To be completed by the Sponsoring Priest or Sr. Warden (only in the absence of a priest)
- (PDC Form 1) Notice of Interest and Application to Form a Parish Discernment Committee “PDC”- To be completed by applicant.
- (Form A) Aspirancy Application and Spiritual Autobiography- To be completed by applicant.
- (Form B) Aspirancy Recommendation by Vestry- To be completed by a Sr. Warden and Vestry(Form C) Behavior Screening Questionnaire- To be completed by applicant.
