St. Crispin's Summer Camp Registration Open

Friends, we are excited to announce summer camp registration for summer 2024 is officially open! 

 Friends, we are so excited to announce registration for summer camp 2024 is officially open! Our theme for this summer is “Then Were We Like Those Who Dream" from Psalm 126. We are looking forward to a summer of dreaming, playing, worshipping, and growing in faith! We have already dreamed up some new possibilities for camp this year. Check out the full schedule below. Note: When registering, please enter the grade that your child be in for the 2024-2025 school year. Dates Sessions/Grades Cost:

  • June 2nd - 4th CIT Training (11th - 2024 HS Grads) **$100**

  • June 2nd - 8th Junior High 1 (7th - 9th graders) $500

  • June 9th - 15th Senior High (10th - 2024 HS Grads) $500

  • June 16th - 22nd Intermediate 1 (4th - 6th graders) $500

  • June 23rd - 29th Junior High 2 (7th - 9th graders) $500

  • June 30th - July 3rd Mini Session (2nd - 5th graders) $300

  • NEW! June 30th - July 3rd Ropes/Adventure Intensive (6th - 2024 HS Grads - spaces limited!) $375

  • NEW! June 30th - July 3rd Arts & Crafts Intensive (6th - 2024 HS Grads - spaces limited!) $350

  • NEW! June 30th - July 3rd Music & Theater Intensive (6th - 2024 HS Grads - spaces limited!) $350

  • July 5th - 6th ABC Camp (K - 2nd graders, with an adult) $200

  • July 7th - 13th Intermediate 2 (4th - 6th graders) $500

Does your camper want to attend multiple weeks? A 10% discount will be applied for campers who attend a second session, and a 15% discount will be applied for campers who attend a third session (discount does not apply to CIT Training). Multi-week discounts will be applied after registering.

  • Rates will increase $50 for 6-night sessions and $25 for shorter sessions after April 1st, 2024, so be sure to register early. 

  • CITs are required to attend Senior High Session. Scholarships can be requested for CIT Training. 

  • Safety protocols may limit participation on some ropes elements for some campers. Inquire about questions. 

Scholarship and Application Information: 

Scholarships: Scholarship application forms are due by April 1st. We grant scholarships on a first come basis, so apply early! If you are requesting a scholarship from the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma please fill out the Diocesan Scholarship form below. If you are receiving a scholarship from a congregation or another entity that was not automatically applied at registration please fill out the Congregational Assistance form. This form makes it possible for us to verify the congregational funds and apply them to your account.

Other Information:

CIT Applications are open and can be filled out below. This is for any high schoolers and 2024 graduates who have completed at least their sophomore year of high school, and want to serve as a counselor-in-training at St. Crispin's Summer Camp. CITs are required to attend Senior High Camp. Scholarship requests can be made for the $100 CIT Training Session fee in June. Application period closes March 15th. Volunteer Applications are open and can be filled out below for graduating seniors and any other adult individuals (including parents!) who would like to volunteer for a week at camp! Medical Staff Applications are open and can be filled out below for any medically trained person who can volunteer a week of service during the summer.  Dean and Chaplain Applications are open and can be filled out below. Staff Applications will be open soon!
