The Election of the 6th Bishop of the Diocese of Oklahoma will go forward with the two nominees of The Rev. Scott Gunn and The Rev. Poulson Reed. The “Walk About” will take place on December 6th - 8th, (see schedule below), with the election being held on December 14th at St. Paul’s Cathedral in Oklahoma City. The Consecration of the 6th Bishop of the Diocese of Oklahoma is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2020 at the Oklahoma City University.

Walk About Schedule
+ Friday, December 6th at 6PM: St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Lawton
+ Saturday, December 7th at 2PM: Holland Hall School, Tulsa
+ Sunday, December 8th at 3PM: Casady School, Oklahoma City

Please continue to pray for our Diocese, the Nominees, and Bishop Ed and Debbie as we move through this time of transition.

Almighty God, giver of every good gift: Look graciously on
your Church, and so guide the minds of those who shall
choose a bishop for this Diocese, that we may receive a faithful pastor,
who will care for your people and equip us for our ministries;
through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
